Problem with activation

I purchased TurboTax from the TurboTax web page. I went through the installation process until I got to the screen that asks for the 16-digit activation code. I haven't seen any screen or file that would indicate where this number is. Please advise me what I may be leaving out so I can go back and star the process correctly.

I have visited that page many times prior to posting here. It did not get me any closer to my 16-digit number. I'm still at a stand still.

All of your purchases from TurboTax will be listed along with links to the License code and the Download. If you do not see a 2024 purchase then you will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
