I purchased the Intuit TurboTax Premier w/federal and state. I have filed my taxes. Can I use it to file my mom's taxes?

It depends. If you purchased the TurboTax Desktop product, you can download and install TurboTax Desktop on up to five computers. Refer to the TurboTax Help articles Can I install TurboTax on more than one computer? and How many tax returns can I file with TurboTax?

If you're using TurboTax Online, you can prepare one federal return and up to five state returns from your Intuit Account.

with TT Online it is 1 return per license. If you used the desktop version you are eligible for up to 5 federal tax returns with up to 3 states per return.

How do I switch from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop?
