Do you mean it is all white and nothing on it?

Which version of TurboTax are you using? Where were you in the program when you saw a "blank page"?

Check your internet connection. Logging out of TurboTax and back in, changing browsers (Chrome generally works well), or clearing your cache and cookies often helps.
