    <description>&lt;P&gt;I filed my original return with no problems, but got another form in the mail I needed to add to my tax return so I'm filling an amended return. I've already received my refund from the original return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I have added the new form to the amended tax return, I get this error message after trying to submit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Your transmission didn't go through&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;We could not e-file your return for the following reason:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;A server problem occurred while processing your e-file. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have contacted customer service who didn't know how to fix the problem. I've tried clearing my browser, attempting to submit the form on different browsers like Google and Bing, tried to submit it on my phone, tried changing the bank account information to a check instead of direct deposit, tried submitting it on my hotspot, tried restarting my router. Tried just about everything... and am frustrated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If there is no fix to this, do I have to print out my return and mail it to the IRS in order to submit my amended return?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since your Amended Return does not 'catch up' with your original return and correct it, you have up to three years to&lt;A href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/amend-return/video-how-to-amend-your-tax-return/L2wLEwRf1" target="_blank"&gt; Amend.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Amended returns are processed separately, and can take several weeks to process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would advise trying to Efile your Amended return at a later date, or printing and mailing it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
