CA Form 568 issues

SMLLC (disregarded entity) having a few issues with form 568:

1) The employer ID number doesn't populate in the scanband when the form is generated

2) I'm unable to e-file the form even though none of the provided circumstances exist

Please clarify which version of TurboTax you are using: TurboTax Online or TurboTax for Desktop? Windows or Mac? If Online, which browser?

I am using TurboTax desktop on Windows.

To make additional entries on California Form 568, such as the employer ID number, switch to Forms mode by clicking on Forms at the top when you are in step by step. Click on Open Form at the top of the list of forms, then enter "568" in the entry field that appears.

Form 568 can either be e-filed or mailed to:

Franchise Tax Board

PO Box 942857

Sacramento, CA 94257-0501

The TurboTax forms availability tool indicates that Form 568 is supported for e-filing but Form 3522, the payment voucher, is not. Schedule K-1 (568) is not supported for e-filing.

Really disappointed that Turbotax no longer populates any of the fields in Form 568. Some fields it won't even let me type a manual entry. I think this is the nail in the coffin of me using Intuit products. (I have a Mac, downloaded Home & Business). I wish there was a way other SMLLC owners would know about this before they start using Turbotax.

Same issue. Can't fill in cells that I need to, like the fact that I paid my 800. It won't let me fill that in. And California states that if you efiled your return with a product like turbotax, you are supposed to efile the 568 form.
