Help tells me to use the form icon to switch but there is no form icon. I'm using the online windows turbotax.

there is no command button because TurboTax Online does not support Forms Mode.

Online TurboTax does not have forms mode. Only the desktop download has forms mode. When you use online, all of your entries must be made via the interview screens. You do not have direct access to the forms.

There is no Forms option in the online version of TurboTax, that is only available when you are working in the desktop version of TurboTax.
