      <title>Error when attempting to file my returns</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I click on file, then start the step 1 by pressing the button, I get the error below. I've tried on Windows and Mac with multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Brave) but get the same error. This has been happening for 2 days. Any pointers on how to fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's get you back to your taxes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Clearing cookies is something I had already tried and it did not help, but I called support and they filed at ticket for me. Then about a week later the issue was resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
