    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to Sign on to Vangaurd Brokerage &amp;nbsp;using my document ID # from my vanguard documents&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after putting in my document # (no spaces) does not turn on the "continue button"&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked - there are 11 characters in my input&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;last year this is not an issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does hitting the Enter key do anything? &amp;nbsp; Or try to zoom out the screen size, maybe reduce it to 70% to enable the &lt;STRONG&gt;Continue&lt;/STRONG&gt; button to be visible... &amp;nbsp; See the link below for other suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue was&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the account number input box &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the password input box on my iMac screen were basically white on white&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with no contrasting box colors&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I could not see 2 input boxes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was entering the 1099R account id # in the first box and not seeing the second box for the following input&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
