File Rejection

Hello,

I received an error code that I needed to add1095A. I did everything I was suppose to. I even went back into healthcare marketplace to double check the numbers, however it is still telling me it is being rejected. I left all columns empty except October which is where I had the insurance. Why am I still being rejected?

Did you add your 1095A?

Follow these steps:

Click on Deductions & Credits under Federal
Under the menu for Medical, click Start/Revisit next to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
Answer Yes indicating that you have the form to enter
Complete the information on the next screen to match your form and click continue

Hello thank you so much for your response however, it did not work. I have tried everything. I even went back in to the government website and triple checked all my numbers from the 1095A with what I put on TurboTax and it’s still being rejected. I’m going crazy!

If you can't get your return to successfully efile, you may need to file by mail.
