I E-filed on 1/17/25 and then got accepted on 1/21/25 and I have been stuck on refund delivery for a little over 3 weeks, I also paid to get it a week faster. When I’m on the app and I click on “where is my refund” the IRS still says that I haven’t even been accepted yet and that I am still in the processing stage. Why is turbo tax telling me that i should be getting it soon but the irs not so munch. Where is my tax return??

Where's My Refund shows your refund status:

Return Received – We received your return and are processing it.
Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown.
Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.

I already know this that is why I am confused it’s been over 3 weeks I filed for direct deposit.
