There has not been a 1040EZ since 2017 when the tax laws and forms changed. Everyone has been using a Form 1040 since tax year 2018.

A 1040 is the tax return form you prepare here to send to the IRS. If you start entering data in this software you are preparing a Form 1040. Please look at it so you will know what you are sending to the IRS:

there is no 1040 EZ any longer only 1040 and 1040SR, the only difference between those two is SR has larger fonts.

Form 1040EZ no longer exists. Simply complete your return in the software, and TurboTax will automatically generate Form 1040 for you.
