If this is for a form that you received, the recipient address comes from the personal information section of TurboTax. If the form has a different address than the address you entered on TurboTax, you don't need to update it.

it's from a form that I uploaded from my financial institution and it loaded into turbotax wrong. It's grayed out and I can't change it. Can someone change this from turbotax?

Delete that form entirely in the Federal Income section where you entered it.

Then re-enter it manually...DO NOT upload a PDF or Picture of that document since the AI interpretation of what was on the form is what is messing up the form.

Nothing was uploaded. It pulled information from my financial institution and it is not correct. The state is wrong.

Then delete that form entirely, and re-enter it all manually. A manual entry of the form and it's data doesn't require an address to be entered.
