topic 1099-R box 16 in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

1099-R box 16

My 1099-R box 16 is blank. TurboTax says state distributioon amount cannot be blank. TurboTax also says 1099-R information must be entered exactly as it appears on my 1099-R. How do I resolve this?

The box 16 should have been populated with the amount from box 1 by the issuer. So, you can enter the box 1 amount in box 16 and that should resolve your issue.
