How do I remove Form 1310?

To delete Form 1310:

1. Go to Tax Tools on the left-hand side.

2. Click on the down arrow.

3. Click on Tools.

4. Click on Delete a form.

5. Scroll down till you see Form 1310.

6. Click Delete to the right of the form.

I keep deleting From 1310 but it still have not been removed & I can't e-file

Why do you have Form 1310? There may be something marked incorrectly in your Personal Info? Like a death of a taxpayer?
