2023 Values Missing from Pages Comparing to 2024 Values

I imported my 2023 TurboTax file into my 2024 Home & Business (desktop on a Mac). As I go through the sections, there are a lot of 2023 values that are not displaying in the 2023 column next to 2024 values. Program was purchased as a download from Amazon. I have started the return numerous times, I've removed and redownloaded/installed the program numerous times….always the same result. Some values are displayed, but many are not. I'm worried the program is not using all data, from previous year, to find best possible outcome. I have been using TurboTax Home & Business for multiple years. Previous years display both years, properly. Has anyone else seen this issue?

2023 values that are missing/short are:

Business - missing totals from 2023 return

Profit or Loss from Business
Business Taxes

Personal Income - missing totals from 2023 return

Interest on 1099-INT
Dividends on 1099-DIV
Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
1099-SA, HAS, MSA

"Here's a picture of your 2024 Income" - missing totals from 2023 return

Interest
Dividends
Sole Proprietor Business
Capital Gains and Losses

Deductions & Credits - missing totals from 2023 return

Mortgage Interest, Points, Refinancing, and Insurance
Property Taxes
Donations to Charity
Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions
Tax Preparation Fees

"Here are your 2023 and 2024 Deductions & Credits" - missing totals from 2023 return

Qualified Business Income (QBI) Deduction
Deductible Self-Employment Tax
Foreign Tax Credit

"Let's review your Numbers" - missing totals from 2023 return

Federal Deductions We Found For You - WRONG (short because some values were not included)

You may try updating your software before installing and reinstalling. Also you might check the file integrity to ensure that your 2023 TurboTax file is not corrupted. You can try opening the 2023 file in the 2023 version of TurboTax to see if it displays correctly. If it does, save it again and then try importing it into the 2024 version.

Thank you for the ideas. I have made sure that the program is updated. This issue has been happening on all 2024 returns I'm working on, this year. I resaved them all and started new 2024 returns. The 1st return seems to now be showing the 2023 numbers. Hopefully this is the fix needed...

I'm still having this issue. Turbo Tax 2024 initially loads the data from the 2023 file but when you go to start entering the data for business income for 2024 the comparison column for 2023 is blank. Please help!
