      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response.&amp;nbsp; Even with the calendar year or fiscal year selected my problem still exist. I could not more forward by selecting continue.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately, one of the tech helped via the phone.&amp;nbsp; I am still a little perplexed that I have to use short year, in order to proceed forward.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
