      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you referring to the pages beginning "year-end summary information is not provided to the IRS"? &amp;nbsp;Check the totals vs. the 1099-DIV, these pages should just be providing more detail on the 1099-DIV (which is reported to the IRS at total level). &amp;nbsp;Some of this details adjustments to how Schwab may have reported dividend during the year vs. actual disposition e.g. an ETF which pays a mixture of qualified and non-qualified but they don't disclose that mix until year-end, or Section 19A, Private Activity amounts etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you referring to stock sales on your 1099-B with transactions that say "basis not reported to the IRS?" Please clarify.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
