How come a person should use a service not even able to get accredited by the Better Business Bureau?

The really big tax preparation software/service providers are not accredited by BBB.

H&R Block is also not accredited.

If you want an accredited provider try Jackson Hewitt or TaxSlayer and other.

People think BBB is a public service. It is not. It is something a company pays big bucks to belong to. TurboTax and HR Block do not participate.
