Your transcript, I am assuming, is for your federal tax return. ‌That would show your Federal Refund.‌ An IRS transcript will not tell you when you will receive your refund.

You can use this link to check on your Federal refund. Where's My Refund?

SBTPG LLC processes refunds for taxpayers who select the Pay With My Refund option through tax software like TurboTax.

The IRS first sends the taxpayer's refund to Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG), which then deducts any applicable fees before transferring the remaining amount to the taxpayer's bank account.

‌So, SBTPG may be showing your refund amount less fees for processing your Pay-by-Refund option.

The amount of your refund should be the amount shown on your tax return Form 1040, line 35A less any fees you may have incurred.

If you printed your tax return, you can look at line 35A of your Form 1040. That would be your refund amount. This should match what TurboTax shows. Your refund also may be reduced by any processing fees.

If the IRS found an error on your tax return, they may have adjusted your refund amount.

If you have past-due income tax, child support, spousal support, student loans or state unemployment debts, you may have a refund offset. The IRS applied all or part your refund toward these debts. You’ll get a letter from the IRS explaining why you didn't get your entire refund

Click here for "Why is my refund lower than the amount shown in TurboTax?"
