      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done all of that multiple times and TurboTax continues to log me out. I have tried several different computers and browsers. I called for help and was hung up on after 10 minutes of holding while they researched the issue. The problem is not on my side! They refuse to refund my payment now too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;open "File Explorer"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;right-click on the drive you want to clean, select "Properties"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was finally able to log in through the app on phone to add AND pay for Live. After 30 minutes on the phone, the rep found the problem preventing me from filing. Their AI system was bringing forward a carryover that I didn't need or want. Cost an extra $80 for the help but I'm all filed for the year and shouldn't have this issue going forward.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
