How many state efile is there?

I have TT deluxe which comes with 5 federal efile free and one state free download, When I file the return there is an option to pay for state efile, I am wondering how many state efiles will I have after payment, only one, 3 or 5 like federal efile? Thanks!

You will pay an efile fee for each state return that you efile. It is more economical to print and mail states returns.

You can e-file up to 3 state returns (for different states of course) with each of the five federal e-files that you get. Each state e-file is a $25 state e-file fee. You can avoid the state e-file fees if you print and mail the state returns.
