      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, Asking this question for a friend. She is not working and does not have any W-2. She used turbotax but couldn't file electronically because of I guess no income. She has efiled last year and nothing has changed. why she cannot efile? any solution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If for some reason she wants to file with no income she has to add a dollar of interest income to enable efiling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
