I am still having the same issues as before. Once again I AM a US citizen living in the UK with a UK mailing address linked to my credit card. But still, I am unable to pay for the TurboTax service.

As previously stated - If you are paying by credit card the billing address must be an address in the US.

As i said the ONLY option i have is a UK billing address, is there a way to do it like that or am i just stuck? Im getting at my wits end with all this going in circles.

TurboTax does not support international billing addresses at this time.

Well that is one of the only options i have at this point. If i cant do that then i cannot move forward with my taxes. Is there anything else i can do to file and pay for them? Im out of options i think.

To pay by credit card, you will need to use a card with a US billing address. You could use a friend or family member's credit card (with their permission, of course) if they have a US address. TurboTax will not accept a UK or any international billing address at this time.

That's the problem. All my family and friends that I know of are in the UK. I don't know what else to do at this point other than to abandon my filing.

Well, then, is there someone I can email or call to try and get this resolved? I don't see any other option for me other than abandoning and not filing my taxes this year if they will not accept my UK billing address, as I do not have access to a US one.
