&lt;P&gt;3. You should not have a problem. If so, try a zero instead of blank. The program has preferences in different areas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>ESPP - 1099 does not include discount</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my 1099 for ESPP does not include the discount (my employer calls it company match). So let's say I paid $100 and my employer gave me $115 worth stocks, my 1099 shows the cost basis as $115.&amp;nbsp; So I think I dont need to adjust cost basis.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TT asks if this is ESPP and then shows me the questionnaire to put adjusted cost basis. Should I just ignore that? Will TT cause problems during review? How do I handle this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
