    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods you have provided and none of them have worked. I would like to buy the basic Turbotax for my desktop. Do you have any other ideas why it is saying there is a snag?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to buy Turbo Tax basic desktop edition to do my taxes, but it when i get to the page where you input credit card and billing info after I put it all in it does not go through and says "&lt;SPAN&gt;Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag. Please try again."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any idea why it is doing this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
