I'm not trying to be a smartalec but many companies reward disloyalty. Just look at ISP providers and cell phone companies, they give great deals to "new customers" but loyal ones get to keep paying up.

I've been a "loyal" TT customer for decades so I feel your pain.

There are some Turbo Tax discounts if you hunt around.

i agree with this totally i have been using for years...i have done my own and i do my brothers my sisters my nephews my son....and i am refusing to pay $168 at the end for my poor brother who owes thousands and my nephew...i have a CPA up the road who only charges $150...i did all these taxes MYSELF..no help....why do they have to pay that much??? H&R block only charges $100 i guess i will move all of them over there

Thank you for asking this question. I am tired of seeing TurboTax for $82.99 on Amazon but I cannot download it because my operating system does not work that way. I always do TurboTax online. Why do I have to pay $129 Without live assistance and for $82 I can have the same product with live assistance. I have used TurboTax for years. Where is my loyalty reward? And does anyone respond to these messages?
