      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having this same issue. The popup to allow me to purchase Audit Defense and/or pay the State filing fee gives me the error. I'm unable to purchase live tax assistance either. I'm using the desktop version of Home and Business. My Fed tax was transmitted successfully because it did not need a payment. Why isn't there a conclusion or fix to this thread?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After calling support, this is a way for them to use my credit card on file and pay for the state filing fee. However, since I had already filed the federal return, there was no way to just file the state return. Attempting to file both the fed and state returns at the same time returned a duplicate error. I needed to mail in the state return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still don't know why the payment blocking happened in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
