Employer reimburses up to $3000 in daycare expenses. How do I factor daycare expenses.

On your W2, do you have $3,000 in box 10?

If so, this money was taken out pre-tax and you can not claim the Dependent Care Credit. However, you still need to enter the amount paid and the provider information. If you don't, that $3,000 will become taxable and added to line 1 of your Tax Return.
