TurboTax Expert Review my 2023 taxes done on TurboTax desktop

After we filed our 2023 taxes using TurboTax desktop we began to wonder if we missed things, or incorrectly entered costs, that may have increased the amount of Fed and state taxes we paid. Is it possible for a TurboTax expert to review my 2023 Fed & State taxes generated with TurboTax desktop? If so, what are the steps to transfer the data for review and any idea of the cost for the review and amendment filing?

Unfortunately TurboTax experts are only currently available to work on 2024 tax returns. If you use a TurboTax expert to do this year's return they should be able to spot any glaring errors in your 2023 return. But they won't be able to do a detailed review.

You can consult a tax professional in your area or use a TurboTax expert for 2024 and see what the differences are.
