    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue where I have downloaded the Turbotax 2024 H &amp;amp; B software but when I get to the activation screen I select my license code, click the activate button, it spins then comes back to the screen with the license code. I see where some users have had this same issue and followed suggestions to get past this issue. I've tried all of those including:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;downloaded from my downloads login;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turned off firewall &amp;amp; antivirus;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added intuit url to allowed pages;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;removed all Turbotax from PC including turbotax folder on C drive multiple times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone still having this issue? Has anyone tried anything that worked besides all of the above steps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too have been dealing with this issue. I've did all the troubleshooting that the expert listed and still no resolution. This is crazy. I've been dealing with it since 02/21/2025. I hate to but I think I'm going to have to switch to H&amp;amp;R Block.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
