    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you didn't download the software directly from the TurboTax site, you should contact your retailer directly (Costco). The license code might be inactive or non-functional and they might have to either reimburse you or give you a new TurboTax Program.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I purchased the 2024 Home&amp;amp; Business program from Costco.
Despite multiple attempts and starting downloading again, I continue to get a "Licence code invalid" message.  How do i fix this?</description>
