The new extra 4136 Form for 2024's where it ask Model, Make, Year

If I have 3 tractors that use this gas can I add all 3 or just pick 1?

You'd enter the make, model, and year of each of your vehicles and the amount of fuel you purchased for each. The totals should be carried over to the Form 4136.

It only has 1 line so wasn't sure If should list all on the 1 line.

Once you enter one, you should be asked if you have another vehicle to enter.
