FAILED VALIDATION - E FILE FOR CALIFORNIA

Hi Experts,
I am trying to E File for California for 2024.
I am using Home and Biz for Windows.
I get an error message "FAILED_VALIDATION. There is an update available for your version of turbo tax."

There is no error code, that's it.

Instructions are to "go to online menu and select check for updates".
I have done this today and since 2/15.
The last CA and Program update / release was installed 2/12/25 - and this recommended solution does not work for my case.

I was able to efile Fed Return and it was accepted.

Is there a patch to be applied for CA State Tax Filing ?

Is there an issue with unsupported forms for online filing - Schedule A or Form 8453 - OL.
I must say this is frustrating.
I have gone through all recommended diagnostics to resolve this issue.

I dread the thought of having to send paperwork to Franchise Tax Board.

As best as I can tell, what has worked for others is to uninstall both the federal and state software, then redownload it and reinstall it - and then check for updates (of course).
