Information about last year's amounts is missing in TurboTax 2024 Summary Pages

I am using TurboTax Home & Business 2024 desktop version on a Mac. When I am on one of the summary pages, it should be showing the values from my 2023 return. For a couple fields, the 2023 value is showing. For others, it just shows $0. It was added to my laptop from a download, not a CD. Previous years (purchased the same way) shows the previous year values in all fields. I have restarted my return multiple times and all have the same issue. Has anyone experienced this? If you have, is there a fix?

Missing items are:

All 2023 Business Income and Expenses

All 2023 Interest and Dividends

All 2023 Investment Income

All 2023 Less Common Income

I've tried uninstalling and re-downloading the program (purchased through Amazon), and restarted the return multiple times....all only display the same info. Seems like investment information doesn't display properly
