Can't Import 2024 Tax Forms 1099 from moomoo or Webull using TurboTax Desktop

Hello,

I have been trying to import my 1099 forms from moomoo and Webull using TurboTax desktop version and it's not working. The forms are already available and I can import them using the TurboTax online versions, but I can't using the desktop versos. My TurboTax is up to date. I reached out by phone to your customer service and they couldn't figure it out. I'm very frustrated with this.

I wanted to provide an update that if I start a brand new filing on the desktop version, I can import the moomoo form. However, I don't want to start over. Why is it not working with my current filing? I tried to close and reopen it or reinstall the software, but none of this helped..

same here it says webull available 4.30.2025 to import even tho its released

Some brokers require that you enable 'third party access' in your broker account in order to import. Have you reached out to your broker if you receive an 'import not available' error? Other users also report that the usual Sign In to their broker account needs to be a Document ID instead.

Other things to try:

Make sure both TurboTax and Windows are updated
Disable all anti-virus software (including modem)

In TurboTax Desktop, here's How to Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions.

In TurboTax Online, you can attach a PDF copy of your 1099-B to your return. Select Sales Section Totals, and Continue.

This Webull notification is new and not what I'm referring too. The one you showed now has to do with the broker itself but before that (and now with moomoo), it just shows nothing. It gives an alert sound and then nothing happens at all. No error messages.

I have it enabled. This is not the problem. If I open a brand new filing or try online, I can import the one from moomoo.

I was ok last year .

Robinhood imported .

Fidelity imported .

Webull states be ready by 4.30 even if it’s out on broker side

There is nothing to enable its turbo tax when I come to click on Webull before I enter my information log in or whatever it’s gets the message be ready by 4.30 .

ill check on update again Webull released it on 2.17

I am seeing the same issue as well with Webull on Mac. When will a fix be made for this?

I have the same issue to import webull tax form. Did you solve the problem? very disappointed to webull service. called many times and still not working.

It worked for me after restarting filing again from scratch. Looks to be some App bug.
