      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same problem. TT email said forms are ready. Jones account says forms are ready and figures are final. Connecting TT gives "forms are not ready" message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes the email that the program updates are ready goes out before the actual program updates are applied. &amp;nbsp;In that case it is best to come back the next day in case the program isn't updated til later at night.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; I figured out the problem was that my Edward Jones financial advisor's office had made both of my wife's and my individual accounts accessible online, but not our joint account.&amp;nbsp; Once I requested they make the joint account also accessible online, TT was able to download the information with no issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
