topic 1095-A in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

My taxes were rejected because my son was on a marketplace plan with his mother. I got her 1095A form and uploaded it as a document and also filled 1095A form out manually. She is not doing taxes this year and I am claiming said son as dependent. Does this count as a shared policy? If her and son are on same policy and both amounts are included do I only include his amount on the 1095?

Yes, this would be a shared policy. You will only include his amounts on your tax return. You will have to decide what percentage will be allocated from your son's 1095-A.
