    <description>Thank you, but it looks like the only way I can run TurboTax 2024 is by turning off my anti-virus software (Webroot SecureAnywhere). I'm not sure I want to do that, so I may have to find another solution. I marked this as the "best" answer, but it's really the only answer I've found so far.</description>

      <title>Error Code 70001 for Turbotax 2024</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to run Turbotax 2024 desktop software, I get an error message:&amp;nbsp; code 70001.&amp;nbsp; I suggests the software is running under another account, but I have one installed the software on one PC and I am the only one using it.&amp;nbsp; I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, setting *.intuit.com as a Trusted Site, and every suggestion I've found in the forum.&amp;nbsp; It's still not working.&amp;nbsp; I cannot find out how to contact the Intuit software support.&amp;nbsp; I certainly hope they have someone to contact.&amp;nbsp; Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
