Just filed my taxes, was supposed to get charged $20 for state filing, charged me $25 and they can't do a thing about it. What a SCAM!!!!!

I'm experiencing the same problem, and the link in your reply is "no longer available as the issue has been fixed".

It has not been fixed... please advise.

Hi Catina,

I've already called in and on the phone for over 30 mins - the agent was not aware of the issue and was reaching out for support.

The response received was a non-answer:
"Known issue, already fixed, update your software and clear your cache".

My desktop Intuit Turbotax show "Latest Version Installed", so....????

It's an app, how do I clear its cache????

IT IS NOT "ALREADY FIXED"

This is not at all helpful, and cost me a lot of time.

Please escalate for a priority bug fix - bait and switch, TT is in legal jeopardy for FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES - should I contact my Credit card for refund???
