I have reported to the phone agents twice that TT Basic just skips over the page for entering Social Security. I have deleted cookies and other history. Opened and reopened. Still not fixed. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX THIS SIMPLE BUG??? First reported over a month ago.

Click on Forms. There should be a worksheet on the left side of the page labeled Social Sec, click on that worksheet to open.

If the worksheet is not listed, then click on Open Form at the top left of the page. Type in Social Security and the the Social Security Benefits worksheet will be highlighted. Click on Open Form.

i am aware of the Forms workaround. the problem still exists if you select "Guide Me"

You may need to delete the form and then enter it again. Follow the steps below to enter your social security income, SSA-1099.

Sign into your TurboTax Online/Mobile or TurboTax Desktop return.

Search (upper right) > type social security income > click the Jump to.. link > Continue to enter your form.

You'll need to delete your original entry:
