    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;As you enter the information for the EV credit and you include that the credit was already transferred to the dealer, the message at the end of the process will be that your credit is zero. &amp;nbsp;It states that because you are not claiming the credit as part of your tax return because you have already received the benefit from the dealer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;I was not able to access the diagnostic copy of your tax data file to determine if there are any issues that need to be addressed. &amp;nbsp;The token number was not found. &amp;nbsp;If you wish to send it again, please include a screenshot of the token number. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EV Credit not posting correctly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking at the Form 8936 and 8936A and my dealer transfer cost of 7500 is not registering correctly. One line 16 of 8936A it shows up as 4000 and exiting the form it states I am not entitled to any credit even though my married filing jointly AIG is well below the limit. Token number is &lt;SPAN&gt;412753696-39317771.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
