    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have prepared and paid everything. The last part of submitting and transmitting efile is holding me back. It kept popping up the window and saying Failed Validation for me to check and install the updates. But I did have the latest version installed. What might be the reason here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am able to successfully transmit my e-filings. Two possible things I did that might fix the issue. First thing is I am submitting in the weekdays this time. Second thing is I go back and check to see any unnecessary forms are not used and when it is time to go over states, it asked me to install the updates again. So, I did.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was then able to successfully submitted my returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
