If TurboTax is not processing your West Virginia individual tax return for e-file due to missing Smart 529 documents, even though you've attached them, try these steps:

Tried but message still "Schedule M line 37 requires documentation of prepaid tuition to be attached as pdf for electronic filing" Weird because the prepaid tuition deduction is on line 39. Line 37 was last year's position and this year line 37 deal with active military separation.
