    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent 20 minutes on the phone with tech-support and then over &amp;nbsp;an hour with another tech person Zanie. Together we tried everything. I had to clear the cache browsing history from Microsoft Edge and also from Google Chrome. We tried to import from both browsers and it did not work with either. Both browsers are the most up-to-date version and every time I open TurboTax I allow it to do its updates as well. After almost 2 hours on the phone I pleaded with the agent to escalate this issue. She was surprised to find that no tech-support response had been posted with so many comments in the community and I told her I had tried everything different community members had suggested. She recommended calling the customer service number and asking to speak to a live person to make know your frustration with this issue. I told her I have used her tax for 10+ years and I've never had a problem like this before. I asked to receive an update with any solutions to this problem and I hope I will get an email after the long holiday weekend. Wells Fargo Advisors will not have everything ready on their end until February 17 according to TurboTax and many other financial institutions may be the same. Next week, on Tuesday, if the problem has not been fixed we need to call and express our displeasure. There is no way I can manually input all the information that would be imported from our financial institution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue.&amp;nbsp; Tried with two different institutions, both of whom have forms available for download / import.&amp;nbsp; This is an issue with Turbotax.&amp;nbsp; They have a problem with their ReCaptcha API key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please continue to post here and call the support line, as they will not fix unless people continue to complain.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008080"&gt;&lt;U&gt;@ Jkwilson&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;@ sunshineInTheRain&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;@ paulschrier&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;@ bobwilson1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As DoninGA mentioned above, 1099-B's and "composite" forms containing such are likely not available yet, but some people have 1099-INT/DIV/R available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the ReCaptcha issue, the following may not help any, but it's easy to try.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Those using Windows desktop version, are you signed into your Intuit Account inside the TurboTax program interface while you're trying to import?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you aren't, then see if signing in makes a difference.&amp;nbsp; Go to the top menu bar of the desktop program interface, and in the upper left corner click on FILE, and in the dropdown menu click on "Sign In".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Then see if that made any difference with the ReCaptcha issue when you try to import.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
