help. its just a loop and all im able to change is the zip code. state and city are incorrect on both the payer and receipient.

If you imported your 1099- INT, you can delete it and re-enter it manually. Here's How to Update or Delete Imported Data.

When you indicate in TurboTax that a form belongs to a taxpayer, it defaults to the address you entered in the Personal Info section (current address). If the form has an old address, that won't affect your return; the IRS knows that people move.

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, in FORMS mode you can change the address directly on the form.
