How do I download a second State?

Have Deluxe. Have one State. Will not take me to download a second State.

I assume you have already retrieved your first state software download. I don't know if you're using Windows or Mac version. In the Windows version you can go to the top of the TurboTax interface and in the top menubar choose ONLINE, and in the dropdown menu one of the choices is "Download state." See if it will allow you to choose a second state there. You will have to pay $40 to purchase a second (different) state program.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I saw that process and I tried it well over a dozen times and got nowhere with it.

Last night absolutely could not download State program. I followed all the appropriate prompts. I tried it again today, same pathway and prompts, and today it connected. I don't know why it was glitchy last night.

Congrats! I'm glad you got it. Sometimes you have to "hold your mouth just right" to get things to work.
