      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you cannot both file as Head of Household. &amp;nbsp;The child can only be entered on one tax return as a qualified dependent for HOH filing status. &amp;nbsp; When all of you live together as a family then only one of you should enter anything about the child on a tax return. &amp;nbsp;The other parent files Single.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
