    <description>I also noticed that this year the tool has an extra selection for "Mexican and Canadian citizens" besides "US citizen and legal resident" and "none of the above". At this point I don't know if it's because the tool is broken, or if a new specific clause was added.</description>

I went to the IRS website, went through all the questions and confirmed that they should qualify for Child Tax Credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try clearing the cookies. If that doesn't work, then I'll have to contact support&lt;/P&gt;</description>
