TurboTax online accounts cannot be canceled.

You can't delete a TurboTax account once it has been created. You just abandon it and leave it alone.

If you would like to clear the data that you have entered into the account use these instructions to erase the data.

I created this extra account by mistake and my tax advisor keeps putting messages there that belong in my other account! I need to kill this one. It has no pertinent information.

You can't delete a TurboTax account once it has been created. You just abandon it and leave it alone.

But you should definitely notify the tax professional that you are working with that the account that they are messaging you on is the wrong account.
