If you are using the TurboTax online editions you will need to create a new account with a new User ID if you want to complete and file another 2024 tax return.

Go to this TurboTax website and click on Sign up to start a new account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/

If you are using the online account, you cannot use it to file more than one return. Online, you can only file one return per account.

If you purchase and download the desktop version, then you would be able to e-file up to 5 returns. To do this you would just select New Return under File at the top of the screen.

The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2024

If you need to file a 2023 tax return you will need to purchase and download one of the 2023 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
